Then there are pumpkin seeds, which you can have raw and unroasted whenever possible as a simple snack or add them to your bowl of creamy oatmeal or your smoothie. Also add a variety of probiotic rich foods which include cultured and fermented foods to your diet. In addition, eat less sugar as it depresses the immune system.
