Free radicals are chemicals that have the potential to cause damage to cells and tissues in the body.
You can replace sugar with jaggery …leave for boiling after putting few pieces of jaggery; you can now grate ginger if you wish, into this boiling mixture and finally pour required milk and leave to boil again!
